I’m currently on hold on the phone with Telstra, which means that I have been in Pan Flute Hell ™ for the last half hour. And now the woman has put me on hold again and told me to expect a couple of minutes wait, because they’re busy. When you get put on hold after the initial call, the hold music stops apologising. Obviously my time is not that precious.

Since they introduced the web filter at work, I’ve been fairly good at making sure that work cannot see the good stuff that I look at (that’s what mobile internet is for), but today, well stuff it. I’m on hold waiting for Telstra. Not that it matters what I look at anyway. Case in point- this is the only company that has blocked access to the footy tipping competition, but kept access to Facebook and Youtube. We think it’s because the MD is addicted to MySpace.

Oh wait- they just put me through to the Account Manager. Which then rang out.
