Of all the holidays created by the greeting card and floral industries, my favourite by far is Administrative Professionals’ Day. Let’s hear it for people’s little bitches! It’s the only day of the year that the PAs admit that they are secretaries; the secretaries admit that they are receptionists, because, admit it, admin work is a pretty power hungry job and it’s easy to think that you’re more important than you are.
